Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for high-end production? Lumina Creative Studio is looking for a Senior Video Producer to lead our creative team in Los Angeles. We create world-class digital content for global brands, and we need someone who understands the balance between artistic vision and strategic performance.
You will oversee end-to-end production pipelines, from initial concept development to final color grading and distribution.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production workflows for high-profile client campaigns.
- Direct on-set shoots, managing talent, crew, and technical logistics.
- Collaborate with art directors and copywriters to refine visual narratives.
- Manage post-production timelines, ensuring high-quality output within project budgets.
- Mentor junior editors and motion designers to elevate team output.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in lighting, gear, and cinematic techniques.
- Ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience in a studio or agency setting.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in cinematography and narrative pacing.
- Advanced knowledge of camera systems (RED, Arri, Blackmagic) and lighting setups.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a client-facing mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent practical experience.
