Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production workflows for high-profile client campaigns.
- Direct on-set production teams, including cinematographers, lighting technicians, and sound engineers.
- Manage post-production timelines, ensuring seamless editing, color correction, and audio mixing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate brand goals into compelling visual stories.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to elevate internal quality standards.
- Develop creative briefs, storyboards, and mood boards for pre-production planning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in motion graphics and cinematic storytelling.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in high-end video production or agency settings.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of storytelling, cinematography, and post-production.
- Deep understanding of camera gear, lighting techniques, and audio recording.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present creative concepts to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Television, Media Production, or a related field.
