Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from conceptualization and storyboarding to final post-production.
- Direct on-set crews, including camera operators, lighting technicians, and sound engineers, to ensure creative excellence.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure high-impact delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with brand identity and campaign KPIs.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in cinematography, motion graphics, and digital storytelling techniques.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to elevate the creative output of the entire team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in high-end video production, preferably within an agency or studio setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition).
- Expert knowledge of modern cinema cameras, lighting setups, and industry-standard production workflows.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated visual storytelling and high-fidelity editing.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative, 'big-picture' mindset.
