Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle, including pre-production planning, filming, and post-production workflows.
- Direct high-quality video shoots, managing camera crews, lighting setups, and audio requirements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling storyboards, scripts, and content strategies.
- Execute advanced video editing, motion graphics, and color grading using the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time and above expectations.
- Mentor junior editors and production assistants to elevate the studio's collective output.
- Stay at the forefront of visual trends and emerging production technologies to maintain our industry-leading aesthetic.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in video production or commercial cinematography.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mastery of storytelling, lighting, and sound design.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset for working with diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of current social media video formats and optimization best practices.
