We are looking for a strategic and creative Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our client campaigns. As our Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop omni-channel strategies that move the needle. You will have full ownership over paid acquisition budgets, SEO roadmaps, and marketing automation workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing strategies across paid search, social, and display channels.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize spend, and report on key KPIs to stakeholders.
- Manage large-scale budgets with a focus on CAC reduction and LTV maximization.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across landing pages and ad creative to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all web and social assets.
- Manage relationships with external partners and ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Stay ahead of industry shifts, AI integration, and privacy updates that impact digital advertising.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing monthly advertising budgets exceeding $50k/month.
- Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.
- Experience in SaaS or E-commerce industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
