Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 20+ commercial or branded video projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of lighting, cinematography, and color grading
- Proven ability to manage complex production schedules
- Excellent communication and client presentation skills
