Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ video projects annually across corporate, advertising, and digital platforms
- Direct creative direction, budget management ($50k-$500k/project), and timeline adherence
- Lead cross-functional teams including directors, editors, VFX artists, and colorists
- Develop innovative production workflows using Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Manage client relationships from pitch to final delivery, ensuring brand alignment
- Mentor junior producers and foster continuous process improvements
- Stay ahead of industry trends in virtual production and AI-enhanced workflows
Qualifications
- 8+ years in video production with 3+ years in senior producer role
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in narrative-driven commercial/brand content
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for complex shoots
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, and production management software
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes projects with executive stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV/Communications or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of global production logistics and vendor management
- Adaptability to remote/hybrid production models and emerging technologies
