Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production for commercial, digital, and branded content
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple projects
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope and creative direction
- Ensure technical quality and brand alignment across all deliverables
- Coordinate post-production workflows and final approvals
- Mentor junior producers and optimize production workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience
- Portfolio demonstrating excellence in commercial/digital content
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production tools
- Strong project management and budgeting capabilities
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
- Experience managing remote teams and distributed workflows
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
