Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative video concepts from pre-production to final delivery
- Edit and refine footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with creative directors to align videos with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Optimize video content for various platforms (social media, web, broadcast) with appropriate aspect ratios and formats
- Manage motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing to achieve broadcast-quality results
- Coordinate with 3D artists and animators for hybrid video productions
- Stay updated on emerging video trends, tools, and techniques
- Maintain organized project files and meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
- Advanced knowledge of color grading (DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics
- Experience with 4K/8K footage, HDR workflows, and multi-camera editing
- Ability to translate creative briefs into compelling visual narratives
- Strong understanding of platform-specific video requirements (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
