Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Direct creative teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients to define creative vision and deliverables
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches for diverse media platforms
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional video production with portfolio of commercial work
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven experience managing cross-functional creative teams
- Strong understanding of lighting, sound design, and color grading
- Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
