Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production for 15+ annual projects across commercials, documentaries, and digital content
- Develop creative briefs and storyboards that align with client brand voice and campaign goals
- Manage $500K+ production budgets, vendor relationships, and location scouting logistics
- Lead remote and on-site teams through pre-production, filming, and post-production phases
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate video content across social, web, and broadcast channels
- Implement emerging technologies like motion capture and real-time rendering to elevate production quality
- Conduct quarterly creative reviews and optimize workflows based on performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven track record managing complex projects with $200K+ budgets
- Portfolio demonstrating mastery of storytelling, cinematography, and visual effects
- Experience directing cross-functional teams (camera, lighting, sound, VFX)
- Familiarity with virtual production workflows (Unreal Engine, StageCraft)
- Strong understanding of digital distribution platforms and audience analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
