- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to delivery, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Manage creative teams and vendor relationships while ensuring projects align with client objectives and brand guidelines
- Develop innovative storytelling concepts that drive engagement across digital platforms
- Optimize production workflows and budgets while maintaining premium quality standards
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to integrate video campaigns with broader digital strategies
- Stay current with emerging technologies like VR/AR and AI-driven production tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional video production experience with 3+ years in lead producer roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven track record directing commercial campaigns, branded content, and digital series
- Strong budget management experience with $500K+ project scopes
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment and team leadership
- Portfolio showcasing 10+ high-impact video projects with measurable results
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
