Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for 5-8 concurrent projects
- Direct creative direction and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including editors, animators, and sound designers
- Present concepts to stakeholders and secure client approvals
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging production technologies
- Mentor junior producers and foster collaborative team culture
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven track record managing complex projects with tight deadlines
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
- Experience directing live-action shoots and post-production workflows
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on set and in studio
