- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with client briefs and brand guidelines
- Lead creative direction for diverse projects including commercials, documentaries, and digital content
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborate with directors, cinematographers, and post-production teams to maintain creative vision
- Develop innovative storytelling techniques and emerging technologies (e.g., VR/AR integration)
- Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback iteratively
- Mentor junior producers and crew members to foster professional growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $500K
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles, lighting, and audio engineering
- Exceptional project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to lead cross-functional teams under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, or related field
