Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production for commercial and digital campaigns
- Manage $500K+ budgets and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Develop creative briefs and pitch concepts to C-level stakeholders
- Direct on-set operations and troubleshoot technical challenges
- Optimize post-production workflows and deliverables
- Drive innovation in emerging formats (360°, VR, interactive)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ in lead producer roles
- BA/ Film degree or equivalent industry experience
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and lighting/camera tech
- Proven track record of delivering broadcast-quality content
- Strong client management and negotiation skills
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse project types (ads, docs, branded content)
