You'll drive creative excellence while managing complex workflows across our dynamic production studio in the heart of LA's entertainment district.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production lifecycle for commercial, digital, and branded content projects
- Lead creative direction and storyboarding with directors, cinematographers, and post-production teams
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation across 5-8 concurrent productions
- Collaborate with clients to refine creative briefs and ensure brand alignment
- Mentor junior producers and coordinate with external vendors (locations, talent, equipment)
- Implement emerging tech trends (VR/AR integration, AI-assisted editing) into production workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with 3+ years in producer/director roles
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in commercial, narrative, and branded content
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and project management tools
- Proven budget management exceeding $500K/project
- Strong client relationship skills and stakeholder negotiation experience
- Knowledge of production insurance, permits, and industry regulations
- BA/BS in Film, Media Production, or related field
