Responsibilities
- Develop and execute video editing strategies from concept to final delivery
- Operate Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) with expert proficiency
- Collaborate with creative directors to align visual storytelling with brand narratives
- Optimize content for multi-platform distribution (social, web, broadcast)
- Manage asset libraries and maintain organized project workflows
- Implement color grading, motion graphics, and sound design enhancements
- Adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining uncompromising quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating narrative excellence
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field (or equivalent portfolio experience)
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling principles and pacing techniques
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics, animation, and VFX integration
- Experience with 4K/8K footage, color science, and audio post-production
