- Oversee entire video production lifecycle including pre-production planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Direct creative direction and storytelling for diverse projects (commercials, documentaries, social media content)
- Manage vendor relationships, casting, and location scouting
- Collaborate with post-production teams to ensure high-quality editing, color grading, and sound design
- Present creative concepts to clients and stakeholders with persuasive storytelling
- Maintain project timelines and deliverables while ensuring brand consistency
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional creative teams
- Strong understanding of lighting, cinematography, and audio production techniques
