Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of video production projects, from concept development and pre-production planning to final delivery.
- Lead and direct on-set crews, including cinematographers, sound engineers, and actors, ensuring a seamless creative execution.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align video content with broader business goals and brand strategy.
- Review rough cuts and final deliverables, providing constructive feedback to editors and directors to refine the narrative.
- Source and negotiate with freelance talent, vendors, and equipment rental houses.
Qualifications
- Proven experience of 5+ years in video production, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of styles (commercial, documentary, corporate).
- Mastery of production workflows and industry-standard equipment (RED, ARRI, Sony).
- Proficiency in non-linear editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to direct diverse creative teams effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail in budgeting and scheduling.
- BA/BSc in Film, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
