Responsibilities
- End-to-end event strategy development and execution for 15+ annual high-profile corporate events
- Multi-million dollar budget management with rigorous cost optimization across logistics, vendors, and production
- Cross-functional leadership of creative, technical, and operational teams (8+ direct reports)
- Cultivation of strategic partnerships with premium venues, caterers, and AV providers
- Data-driven post-event analysis and ROI reporting to executive stakeholders
- Emergency protocol development and crisis management during live events
- Innovation of experiential technologies (AR/VR, interactive installations) for client activations
Qualifications
- 7+ years in corporate event management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record executing events for 500+ attendees with budgets >$500K
- CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) designation or equivalent certification
- Expert proficiency in event tech platforms (Cvent, Bizzabo, Aventri)
- Demonstrable experience with complex vendor negotiations and contract management
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ award-winning corporate events
- Ability to travel domestically 20% of time and work flexible event schedules
