Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion rates across all digital channels
- Manage PPC budgets (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to achieve CPA and ROAS targets
- Oversee content creation pipeline aligned with SEO best practices and brand voice
- Coordinate with design and development teams on landing page optimization and UX improvements
- Generate monthly performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing with proven expertise in SEO/SEM and paid advertising
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Mailchimp)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships
- Certification in Google Analytics or similar digital marketing credential
