Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end video production from concept to final delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Develop creative briefs and storyboards aligned with brand objectives
- Oversee post-production workflows including color grading and VFX
- Optimize content for multi-platform distribution (social, web, broadcast)
- Maintain project timelines and budgets using agile methodologies
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with portfolio demonstrating narrative excellence
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven experience managing budgets over $500K
- Strong knowledge of digital distribution channels and analytics
- Ability to lead creative vision under tight deadlines
- Degree in Film, Media Production, or related field preferred
- Experience directing talent and managing remote teams
