Responsibilities
- Oversee entire video production lifecycle from concept to delivery
- Direct creative teams including directors, cinematographers, and editors
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with clients to define creative vision and deliverables
- Develop innovative storytelling techniques for diverse platforms
- Ensure technical quality across lighting, sound, and post-production
- Mentor junior producers and foster team growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years in video production with portfolio demonstrating premium work
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven experience managing $100K+ production budgets
- Strong leadership skills with cross-functional team coordination
- Understanding of digital distribution platforms (YouTube, social, OTT)
- Ability to balance creative vision with commercial objectives
- BS/BA in Film, Communications, or related field preferred
