Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end video production from ideation to final delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators
- Develop creative concepts aligned with client brand guidelines
- Oversee budget allocation and resource scheduling for 15+ projects annually
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure campaign objectives are met
- Implement emerging production technologies (VR/AR, motion graphics)
- Conduct post-production quality reviews and deliverables optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional video production with 2+ leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven track record of managing $500K+ production budgets
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse video formats (commercials, documentaries, social)
- Bachelor's degree in Film/TV Production or related field
- Experience directing talent and managing remote production teams
- Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and streaming platform algorithms
