Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production for diverse projects (commercials, documentaries, social campaigns)
- Develop creative concepts aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships for seamless execution
- Lead camera direction, lighting design, and post-production workflows
- Collaborate with creative directors, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Mentor junior producers and provide actionable feedback on deliverables
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging production technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional video production with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven experience directing high-budget commercial or branded content projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse video styles and storytelling approaches
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Knowledge of lighting, cinematography, and color grading principles
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
