In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative concept and technical execution, ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and brand alignment.
As a Senior Producer, you won't just manage logistics; you will inspire your team, mentor junior creatives, and push the boundaries of visual storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Lead Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end production lifecycle, from pre-production planning and budgeting to post-production delivery and asset management.
- Direct & Shoot: Direct on-location shoots, manage camera crews, lighting teams, and talent to capture cinematic footage that aligns with the client's vision.
- Post-Production Oversight: Review rough cuts, oversee color grading, sound design, and VFX integration to ensure the final product is polished and impactful.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, and Editors to translate complex brand strategies into compelling visual content.
- Budget & Scheduling: Create detailed production schedules and manage project budgets, optimizing resource allocation without compromising creative quality.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting milestones and handling feedback to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in video production, with a proven track record of managing mid-to-high budget commercial projects.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and a strong understanding of non-linear editing workflows.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling skills, color grading, and commercial production capabilities.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse creative teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to navigate unexpected challenges on set or during editing.
