What You'll Achieve: Direct end-to-end video production, from concept to final delivery, while mentoring junior producers and managing cross-functional teams. You'll shape our creative vision, negotiate with top-tier talent, and ensure every project exceeds client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle video production for diverse clients and platforms
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards in collaboration with directors
- Manage production budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Oversee post-production workflows including editing, VFX, and color grading
- Coordinate with clients to align creative vision with business objectives
- Mentor junior producers and foster collaborative team dynamics
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging production technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience
- Proven track record producing high-budget commercial content
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and production software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling excellence and technical proficiency
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field
