In this role, you will serve as the creative director and project manager for a variety of commercial, documentary, and social media campaigns. You will bridge the gap between client expectations and creative execution, ensuring every frame tells a compelling story.

Responsibilities
- Lead Production Strategy: Conceptualize, script, and storyboard high-impact video content aligned with client marketing goals.
- On-Set Management: Direct shoots, manage lighting and audio crews, and ensure technical excellence during production.
- Post-Production Oversight: Collaborate with editors, colorists, and sound designers to finalize deliverables.
- Client Relations: Present rough cuts and final proofs to clients, managing feedback loops and revisions professionally.
- Budget & Scheduling: Create accurate production budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior producers and editors, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in video production, editing, or film production.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve.
- Directing: Strong directing skills with the ability to guide talent and make quick creative decisions on set.
- Portfolio: A robust, professional portfolio demonstrating a range of styles from commercials to narrative films.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-creative stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure and adapt to changing production environments.
