- Direct cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and animators to deliver premium content
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for 10+ concurrent projects
- Develop innovative video strategies aligned with client marketing objectives
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with clients to refine creative briefs and present compelling pitch decks
- Stay ahead of industry trends in emerging video technologies and formats
Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional video production with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro
- Proven portfolio showcasing narrative-driven commercial/film work
- Strong project management skills with experience in budget oversight
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with attention to visual composition
- Experience directing talent and managing remote production teams
- Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D animation fundamentals
