Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production from concept to delivery, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production supervision
- Lead cross-functional teams of cinematographers, editors, and animators to execute creative vision
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining premium quality standards
- Develop innovative storytelling approaches that align with brand objectives and audience engagement metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to integrate video content across digital platforms
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to elevate production quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with portfolio demonstrating commercial or branded content
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of lighting, sound design, and cinematography principles
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with ability to inspire creative teams
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with budgeting and resource allocation for video projects
