Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end video production for brand campaigns, including pre-production planning, budgeting, and scheduling
- Lead creative direction and storyboarding for diverse projects (commercials, social content, documentaries)
- Manage cross-functional teams including cinematographers, editors, and motion graphics artists
- Collaborate with clients to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual narratives
- Ensure technical quality through rigorous post-production workflows and color grading
- Mentor junior producers and cultivate a culture of creative excellence
- Stay current with emerging technologies (VR/AR, AI editing tools) and industry trends
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven track record of managing projects over $500K with flawless delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field (or equivalent portfolio)
- Exceptional storytelling ability with award-winning portfolio samples
- Strong client management skills and experience with stakeholder presentations
