- Manage creative teams, budgets, and timelines for 5-8 concurrent projects
- Develop innovative storytelling concepts aligned with client brand narratives
- Coordinate location shoots, talent casting, and technical logistics
- Collaborate with post-production team for seamless editing and VFX integration
- Present creative pitches and progress updates to executive stakeholders
- Maintain quality control across all deliverables and client revisions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in professional video production with portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Proven leadership managing cross-functional creative teams
- Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, and audio engineering
- Experience with budget forecasting and resource allocation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or related field
