Responsibilities
- Produce, shoot, and edit high-impact video stories for digital, social, and broadcast platforms
- Lead field productions, including live reporting and remote shoots under tight deadlines

- Mentor junior journalists and video production staff on journalistic standards and techniques
- Collaborate with editors to ensure factual accuracy and compelling narrative structure
- Manage equipment inventory and maintain broadcast-quality production standards
- Contribute to editorial strategy discussions for multimedia content development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Film, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years professional video journalism experience with proven portfolio
- Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve
- Proficiency with Sony/Fujifilm cinema cameras and lighting/audio equipment
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with demonstrated impact in published work
