Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into high-quality videos that align with the creative vision and brand guidelines.
- Manage the post-production workflow, including logging footage, organizing assets, and archiving projects.
- Implement sound effects, music, and voiceovers to enhance the emotional impact of the videos.
- Collaborate with the design team to create motion graphics, titles, and lower-thirds.
- Optimize video files for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) to ensure maximum reach and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, software updates, and industry standards.
- Provide constructive feedback to junior editors and assist in their professional development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in video editing and post-production.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of editing styles, including fast-paced social media cuts and cinematic storytelling.
- Excellent understanding of color grading, sound design, and pacing.
- Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction creatively.
