Responsibilities
- <ul><li><strong>Post-Production Mastery:</strong> Edit raw footage into compelling, high-quality videos tailored to brand guidelines and client objectives.</li><li><strong>Motion Graphics:</strong> Create dynamic motion graphics, titles, and lower-thirds to enhance visual storytelling.</li><li><strong>Color Grading:</strong> Apply professional color correction and grading using DaVinci Resolve or similar software to ensure a cohesive look.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with creative directors, producers, and sound engineers to align on the creative vision and timeline.</li><li><strong>Sound Design:</strong> Edit and mix audio tracks, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to deliver a polished final product.</li><li><strong>File Management:</strong> Maintain organized project libraries and ensure efficient asset management throughout the production lifecycle.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 4+ years of professional experience in video editing and post-production, preferably within an agency or production house environment.</li><li><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) and DaVinci Resolve.</li><li><strong>Portfolio:</strong> A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing commercial work, storytelling ability, and technical proficiency.</li><li><strong>Communication:</strong> Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.</li><li><strong>Problem Solving:</strong> Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and adapt quickly to changing creative directions or tight deadlines.</li><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.</li></ul>
