Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that align with brand voice and project goals.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and production team to brainstorm concepts and refine visual narratives.
- Apply professional color grading, sound design, and mixing to enhance the viewer experience.
- Optimize video content for various platforms, ensuring maximum engagement and SEO performance.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Video Editor in a professional or agency environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating storytelling skills and editing versatility.
- Deep understanding of pacing, rhythm, and color theory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take constructive feedback.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a hybrid or remote setting.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and basic 3D compositing is a plus.
