Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos that tell a story.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and style guides.
- Perform color grading and sound design to enhance the final product.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Maintain a library of assets and ensure version control.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating editing and motion graphics skills.
- Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative work ethic.
