We are looking for a visionary Senior Video Editor to join Apex Creative, a leading digital agency based in London. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling visual stories that drive engagement and brand awareness.
You will work closely with our creative directors and marketing teams to ensure every project meets the highest standards of quality and creativity. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into a cohesive narrative that aligns with client goals.
- Perform color grading and correction to enhance visual impact.
- Integrate sound effects, music, and voiceovers to create a polished final product.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative concepts and visual styles.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience, preferably in a creative agency or media production house.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of editing styles and techniques.
- Excellent understanding of video composition, pacing, and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to strict deadlines.
- BA/BS degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred.
