Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end production process from pre-production planning to final color grading and delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and creative direction for high-impact brand campaigns.
- Direct on-set production teams, ensuring the highest standards of cinematography and lighting.
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams to translate brand strategies into visual assets.
- Oversee post-production workflows, including editorial review and motion graphics integration.
- Mentor junior videographers and editors to maintain creative excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, equipment, and editing software to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in professional video production or film production management.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in cinematography, visual storytelling, and pacing.
- Deep understanding of social-first video formats (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Experience managing production budgets and complex filming schedules.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent professional experience.
