What You Will Do:
Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and motion graphics artists to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Take ownership of the entire editing process, from rough cuts to final color grading.
Ensure the final output meets our strict quality standards across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Post-Production Mastery: Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos for social media, websites, and television commercials.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative director and production team to understand the vision and execute it flawlessly.
- Technical Proficiency: Operate industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) to assemble video, audio, and graphics.
- Color Grading: Apply color correction and grading techniques to enhance visual storytelling and mood.
- Sound Design: Manage audio tracks, SFX, and music synchronization to ensure a polished audio-visual experience.
- Project Management: Keep track of project timelines, deliverables, and file organization using asset management tools.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional video editing experience, preferably within a creative agency or post-production house.
- Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating your ability to edit commercials, documentaries, or branded content.
- Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for detail, ensuring every frame is perfect before delivery.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts.
- Time Management: Ability to work under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
