Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-impact videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual concepts aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines
- Implement color grading, motion graphics, and sound design to elevate final productions
- Manage project timelines and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Optimize video content for diverse platforms (social media, broadcast, web)
- Maintain and organize digital assets in a structured asset management system
- Present creative concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, and visual hierarchy
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) and color grading (DaVinci Resolve)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Knowledge of video compression formats and platform-specific requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field preferred
