Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end post-production process from raw footage to final delivery.
- Collaborate with directors and creative leads to establish visual styles and narrative pacing.
- Design and implement complex motion graphics to elevate storytelling.
- Perform color correction and professional-grade audio mixing for all project outputs.
- Manage project assets, server organization, and render pipelines efficiently.
- Stay current with industry trends, plugins, and editing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on technical workflows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated storytelling, pacing, and color grading skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation.
- Deep understanding of codecs, frame rates, and cross-platform delivery requirements.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent practical experience.
