Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for commercial, social, and long-form digital projects.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual storyboards and narrative structures.
- Execute complex motion graphics and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Color grade footage to maintain consistent brand aesthetics across various platforms.
- Manage end-to-end post-production workflows, from assembly to final delivery.
- Mentor junior editors and maintain high production standards through rigorous peer review.
- Stay current with industry trends, software advancements, and emerging visual styles.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in pacing, rhythm, and visual narrative.
- Deep understanding of codecs, frame rates, and cross-platform video optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate creative briefs into action.
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a high-pressure studio environment.
- Experience with sound design and basic audio mixing preferred.
