Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for social media, YouTube, and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop innovative visual concepts and storyboards.
- Perform advanced color correction, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
- Manage end-to-end post-production workflows, ensuring tight deadlines are met with precision.
- Organize and manage complex media assets across multiple large-scale projects.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on technical execution.
- Stay current with industry trends, plugins, and emerging technologies to keep our aesthetic ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, or 5+ years of equivalent professional experience.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a major plus.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating sophisticated editing techniques and narrative ability.
- Advanced knowledge of sound mixing, color grading, and motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, feedback-heavy environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative choices.
- Strong understanding of aspect ratios and optimization for various digital distribution channels.
