Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content for social media, broadcast, and internal brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with directors and producers to refine the creative vision and pacing.
- Manage end-to-end post-production workflows including color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics integration.
- Organize and maintain complex project file structures and media assets.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on technical workflows.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging editing techniques to maintain a competitive creative edge.
- Manage tight deadlines without compromising narrative quality or technical standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience in a studio or agency environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a cinematic storytelling ability and high-end motion graphics.
- Advanced understanding of color correction and sound design principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a highly collaborative cross-functional team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative choices to stakeholders.
- Degree in Film, Media Studies, or equivalent portfolio-based experience.
