Responsibilities
- Lead the post-production process for a variety of digital content, including commercials, social media campaigns, and branded documentaries.
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and motion graphics designers to realize the creative vision from concept to final delivery.
- Assemble raw footage, select angles, and trim segments to create seamless, high-impact sequences.
- Perform advanced color correction, color grading, and audio mixing to ensure broadcast-quality standards.
- Integrate motion graphics, visual effects, and typography seamlessly into live-action footage.
- Manage and organize digital assets, ensuring a highly efficient and streamlined post-production workflow.
- Stay current with the latest editing techniques, software updates, and digital media trends to keep our content cutting-edge.
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team's overall skill set.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional video editing experience in an agency, production house, or similar fast-paced environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating a range of editing styles, pacing, and storytelling abilities.
- Solid understanding of video compression formats, codecs, and delivery specifications for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Broadcast).
- Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback gracefully.
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or equivalent real-world experience.
