Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished final cuts using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual concepts and storyboards
- Optimize video content for multiple platforms (social, broadcast, digital)
- Color grade footage and apply motion graphics to enhance visual impact
- Manage project timelines and deliver assets on strict deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging editing techniques
- Mentor junior editors and maintain quality standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition)
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and narrative pacing
- Experience with motion graphics and animation (Cinema 4D a plus)
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
