Responsibilities
- Develop and edit high-impact video content for social media, web, and broadcast platforms
- Collaborate with creative directors to translate concepts into visually stunning narratives
- Manage post-production workflow including color grading, motion graphics, and sound design
- Optimize content for multiple formats (vertical, horizontal, square) and aspect ratios
- Maintain brand consistency across all video deliverables
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging editing technologies
- Mentor junior editors and maintain efficient asset management systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio demonstrating diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and animation techniques
- Experience working with 4K+ footage and complex compositing workflows
- Ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field or equivalent experience
- Portfolio showcasing narrative storytelling and technical execution excellence
