Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and edit video content for diverse platforms (social, web, broadcast)
- Collaborate with creative directors to develop visual storytelling strategies
- Manage post-production workflow including color grading, sound design, and VFX
- Optimize videos for platform-specific requirements (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
- Maintain brand consistency across all video deliverables
- Stay current with emerging video trends and editing techniques
- Lead junior editors and provide creative direction
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional video editing experience with portfolio showcasing diverse styles
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and animation techniques
- Proven ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines and budget constraints
- Excellent communication skills for client collaboration and feedback implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or related field
- Experience with 4K/8K footage and HDR color workflows
