Responsibilities
- Develop and execute video editing strategies aligned with brand narratives and campaign objectives
- Edit raw footage into polished, high-impact videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
- Collaborate with motion graphics artists to create dynamic visual elements and animations
- Manage video projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards
- Optimize content for multiple platforms (social media, web, broadcast) while maintaining brand consistency
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and editing techniques
- Mentor junior editors and provide constructive feedback on creative deliverables
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition) and DaVinci Resolve
- Deep understanding of storytelling principles, pacing, and visual composition
- Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and sound design
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strict deadlines
- Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, or related field preferred
